Counsellor Profile: Jess Bowler
Hello, I’m Jess and I am a big believer that having a safe space to explore your feelings and emotions can help you find solutions and grow as a person. I have an integrative approach to counselling, which incorporates psychodynamic, person-centred and cognitive behavioural theories and techniques to support clients.
I have spent almost a decade with a well known charity, listening to individuals explore their feelings. My non-judgemental and empathetic approach to listening allows individuals to open up and share thoughts, feelings and emotions which nobody else may know, something which is a privilege to be a part of.
Experience
During my time as a student therapist, I have worked with people who have experienced anxiety, relationship problems, bereavement, motivational issues and occupational stress.
